ELAC's Functions and Responsibilities:
-Advise and comment on the development of the Single School Plan for student achievement regarding programs and services for English Learners
-Advises the principal and staff on the needs of English Learners and assists with the School's needs assessment.
-Assists with the school's annual language census (r30-lc report).
-Assists with the school's efforts to make parents aware of the importance of regular school attendance.
