Music at lunch is greatly appreciated by the student body. The students love it, and our Leadership class produces it.. The Entertainment Commissioners are in charge of making a list of class members to play music at lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which all has to be school appropriate. Genres vary daily. Usually, it’s pop, hip-hop, alternative, or country. The sound system is located in the KWAD closet, our DJ room. On special occasion we may move the sound system to the Senior stage for different activities that are held on campus such as Rancho’s Got Talent, Rancho Olympics, and sports team announcements. No one but ASB members are allowed to operate the sound system, as it is tricky and delicate.
